"The alarm on our grinder displayed a Run Dry error message on Monday morning (not good!). I contacted Crossroads Utility and the service rep arrived at noon and examined the problem. He said the grinder needs to be replaced. Within 24 hours Dallas of Hydro Source Services arrived. He explained that he would replace the grinder within 30-45 minutes. Within 30 minutes he was finished! He reviewed what he found and made recommendations going forward. Excellent expert and courteous service from Dallas and Hydro Source Services.
