  1. For E/One systems push the silence button on the bottom of the control panel. For alternate systems, open the control panel door to locate the silence button. It is ok if the alarm light stays on.
  2. Stop all water usage.
  3. If the alarm light does not clear after 15 minutes, please click the button below to schedule a service call.
