If I receive a quote from Hydro Source Services, Inc., I understand that I have 5 business days to authorize/decline the repair. If I fail to reply to Hydro Source within the 5-day period, I agree to pay a pump rental fee of $20.00 per pump, per day. The rental fee will be added to the repair invoice and will begin on day 6, remaining effective until I contact Hydro Source to make a determination on the repair of my pump.
3% credit card convience processing fee will apply to all credit card payments.
Hydro Source Services, Inc. reserves the right to remove replacement parts and/or loaned equipment from my property at any time, without notice, for failure to pay.
