Hydro Source is seeking a professional, motivated and results driven Engineer Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory in San Antonio and surrounding areas. This person will focus on maintaining and developing relationships with Civil Engineers by assisting them with water and wastewater projects. If you’re a Sales Professional that has experience giving presentations, building trust and rapport with people easily and quickly, and who has great communication and sales skills – this job is for you.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate: San Antonio, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
Candidate Must Have:
- Prior outside sales experience
- Good people & communication skills
- Good knowledge of San Antonio & surrounding areas
- Meet or exceed sales goals as set by management
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Become an expert in wastewater solutions and pumps.
- Plan, organize and maintain a territory schedule.
- Conduct compelling presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our pumps.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
- Provide ongoing support and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in outside sales.
- Proven track record of success in generating new business and closing sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
