Hydro Source is a privately-owned, manufacturer’s representative firm offering a wide range of services from application engineering to fully customizable Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contracts. With two product specialist and three service technicians on staff, Hydro Source has the ability to provide our clients with engineering, technical, and service expertise on the entirety of the products we represent.
Our 3,000 sq/ft shop is centrally located in Round Rock, Texas. We pride ourselves on quality work at a fair price, with a goal of identifying the root cause of failure so we can help our customers prevent reoccurring issues. Our experienced mechanics are able to have your pump diagnosed, repaired, tested and back in service with the least amount of downtime.
Russell opened the doors at Hydro Source in January of 2019 as the owner and President. While directing the company’s day-to-day operations Russell also spends his time developing new business opportunities and assisting the sales team with large projects. Prior to Hydro Source, Russell was the product manager at one of the leading water/waste equipment consulting firms in Texas. During that time, he learned the art of business but more importantly how to be a trusted advisor to his many clients and colleagues. With a vast knowledge of pump stations, pressures sewer systems and water/wastewater infrastructure Russell and his company strive to be leaders in a very competitive market. When he’s not keeping busy with work, you can find him at the lake with family and friends.
Greg has been in the water/ wastewater industry for almost 3 years. His position consists of inside sales and project management. In his free time, he enjoys attempting to play golf, boating and camping.
Sophia is a rare Austinite original who assisted in the beginning stages of Hydro Source Services. She manages the financial and human resources department as well as keeping the men in line. In her spare time you can find her on a football or baseball field cheering on her 8yr old son or gardening.
Our shop supervisor Clayton worked for a local water district for more than 10 years, which provided hands-on experience with several pump brands from small to large. He's always happy to help with any issues dealing with the water and wastewater industry. Clayton's free time is spent outdoors, near any body of water with fish in it!
Josh has been working in the wastewater field for the past 4 years learning how to repair lift stations and various systems. Josh is our field supervisor and is the first responder to residential service calls. He also loves to play disc golf and has an impressive 38 aces!
Peter has been around the wastewater and pumping industry his entire life and recently joined the team as a service technician, wanting to learn more about water infrastructure while getting more hands-on experience. When he’s not getting his hands dirty, he likes to be either fishing or “attempting” to play disc golf.
